Would definitely book again if in the area. The place was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Good restaurant inside the hotel.

Stayed here before, really loved the rooms and stuff. The personnel of the hotel where exceptional. On-site restaurant Ryan's Pub was a bonus, had dinner there:)))

service is excellent and rooms are very beautiful
The first night I went to the hotel in the next room there were 2 dogs that didn't stop barking I had to ask to change my room and when I went to the other room the dogs were still barking I had to go back to the desk to get another room after I had already They had given 2 rooms to the third room and finally I was able to settle in and there were no dogs there. The only thing I didn't like about that room was that the floor hadn't been swept, but as for the rest, the room was very nice and breakfast wasn't breakfast when I went at 9:30 am there was nothing we had to go somewhere else for breakfast. The service of the front desk is excellent very helpful and very kind the staff when I had the problem of the barking dogs they changed the rooms without any problem I was very satisfied thanks.

Location. Check in was good, employee Amigo was polite and helpful.
Run down,dirty,minimal up keeping.
-
The staff was nice....no one should stay at this hotel unless oyour last dollar

Close to my business and easy to get there. We had a hard time finding the motel without a good city map. This was our first time in the area. The manager was a delite to deal with.
-
Beautiful large room and facility, unbelievable value
Not on freeway but within a mile, not really a negative at all
-
Easy check in and out, price was good, ample parking, nice pool area.
Would like a coffeemaker in room or available in lobby in the morning.

The facility is very different, facinating architecture and design. The management is trying hard to improve this older establishment. I approve of improving an older space rather than tearinng down something that is still functiional to put in something new. It's wasteful.
There was a very large wedding that night. Children were allowed to run all over and the music was exremely loud. That being said, it did quiet down after midnight and I enjoyed the ethnic music, though my husband did not. The real problem occured the next morning when we went to get our continental breakfast. There was no coffee or tea because the equipment was broken. The only other items offered were orange juice and donuts (which were clearly purchased at the gas station down the street). There should have been a temporary hot water set up available until the drink maker was fixed. Tthe should have been fresh fruit and other bakery offerings besides donuts. There wee two tour bus groups there as well who didn't eat and were very upset. The ballroom where "breakfast" was served still needed cleaning after the wedding. If the ballroom was cleaned and a reasonable attempt had been made for a breakfast I would recommend this facility. It wouldn't have taken much to have made our stay nicer. I wish the management well.

Nothing. I already contacted you about this hotel. You need to drop it from your inventory. The hotel is old, dirty, and when I awoke in the morning, I discovered bed bugs. AWEFUL
Dirty Dirty Dirty and old. It smelled bad, it was dirty and bugs discovered on bed. I am requesting a refund from you. This hotel should not be on your list of hotels. Bed Bugs!!

Good location to off ramp
The hotel was shabby, and had a dirty feel, I would not recomend this hotel to ANYONE....you ought not make it available to your booking service

I have stayed there several times in the past primarily because of location and value.
It took a substantial time for the attendant to determine if my room was ready even though it was after 3pm. The air conditioner in the room is located above the bed and blows directly down on the bed from above-not good. My wife called the hotel several times only to be told that I was not registered there. If not, then why was my charge account billed for a room? I think you need to step up your operations- make them more efficient, pay attention to the details, like the cleanliness of the lobby, dead plants, dust, etc. The details will win or lose customers.

My girlfriend and I liked the room it was comfy.
I checked in on the 11th They ended up charging me twice for a total of 200+ dollars They were only suppose to charge me for one night, instead they charged me twice. I have been calling them every day to sort this out but for some reason there manager who can easily fix this problem is no where to be found. It is getting aggravating and annoying there employees keep giving me another excuse every day and Im hating this each and every time. My girlfriend lives near New Bedford and we were planning on using this hotel often and once a month but thanks to them charging me twice and not fixing this problem we most certainly will not be using the hotel again nor recommending it to anyone who goes near Cape Cod to begin with.

The only positive about this place was it's proximity to Cape Cod.
Everything! This place was disgusting and the worst place I have ever stayed! The carpet was stained and the room smelled.

The room was dirty..a dead insect that was either a beetle or a roach was on the floor, garbage under the bedside stand, cigarette ashes in the toilet bowl, hairs on the toilet, the base of the toilet was not cleaned. An empty box of kleenex and the end of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Asked for a box of kleenex and was told that they didn't have any. Stale, musty smell in the room. No mattress pad on the bed and while the sheets were clean, they were not large enought to properly tuck under the mattress and dislodged with every move. A continental breakfast was available in the morning but the coffee that came out of an dispenser was instant and the milk/cream curdled on top. A terrible experience all around.
